The world has changed a lot recently, but that doesn’t mean that you should be neglecting your body and health. If anything, these days your should be giving more attention to whether you are providing your body with the best nutrition and the appropriate amount of exercise.

Stress and fatigue are becoming more common experiences on a daily basis to millions of people. In addition to worries about the coronavirus, people are scared about economic and financial issues and losing health care.

Here are some tips to make sure you can be at your best:

  • Get plenty of rest and sleep
  • Stay hydrated and drink water
  • Eat high-quality healthy foods like fruits and vegetables
  • Reduce intake of sweets and desserts
  • Continue good hygiene like washing hands and disinfecting
  • Wear masks and follow stay-at-home orders

You also need to be getting regular exercise that is appropriate for your age and your physical condition. Make sure you consult your medical professional as needed.

  • Yoga
  • Burpees
  • Walking
  • Gardening
  • Pushups
  • Swimming
  • Lifting light weights
  • Climbing steps and stairs

All of these tips are important to remember. There are a lot of things happening in the world and people can experience overload.

It is a good idea to make your health a high priority. Eat right, get regular exercise, do fun things to occupy your self and your loved ones, and get plenty of high-quality rest and sleep.
