Let them blast off into the realms of the universe of readers and viewers

Three, two, one.

Blast off!

That’s what I think on a regular basis when I’m writing.

Get on a rocket ship of power and massive propulsion!

Write something worth reading. Let the story fly high and fast. Let readers find it everywhere it goes.

It’s not enough to just queue up any old topic.

Find a new story idea that:

  • Has the energy to push itself into outer space and keep going
  • Is durable enough to withstand the pressure of the winds of criticism
  • Ensure that the words and signals can communicate with mission control

Writing has to be more about clocking in and out. There is competition out there for eyeballs and attention.

So the next time you sit down to create content, make sure you have the mindset of being a rocket scientist. You need to create something that has the power and energy to blast off and maintain stability in the world of news stories and content.
