I know what it feels like. I do.
When you write for a while and you don’t find success, it’s like hiking a cold mountain all by yourself. Soon it can get lonely and scary.
But I’ve learned a few things about writing, my friend:
- Tomorrow is another day
- Success is always nearby
- Writing is fun
- There are hills and valleys
- Quitting is never an option
It’s easy to just walk away from difficult objectives in life. People understand. It’s not a big deal if it’s not working.
But guess what? Things can get better in a hurry. That’s right. Sometimes a sea of success is waiting for you and hoping that you are around to receive it
NEVER GIVE UP!
I’ve gone through more dry spells as a writer that I care to admit. People may not see it when it happens, but blank pages and a lack of ideas just come with the territory.
