Recently I went to San Francisco, California. It’s wonderful.
They have a great farmer’s market on Sundays near Civic Center. You can get some incredibly good deals on fresh fruits and vegetables.
Granted, you will need to bring large bags or containers to transport your fruits and vegetables back home. But if you live in San Francisco, it’s an easy process.
Will you get the best prices anywhere? Maybe and maybe not. But it’s worth a visit in my opinion.
You don’t have to go all the way to San Francisco to buy fresh fruits and vegetables, of course. Consider visiting the local fruit stands and farmer’s markets in your neighborhood and city. See what they have to offer you and your family.
