Yes, indeed.
Good things. Good places can be discovered. Wonderful moments can be had. And precious new memories can be experienced even when unexpected.
Today we went to a library to see if they had certain books by a favorite author.
“We don’t have any in stock right now," said the friendly library employee.
At first I was disappointed but then I tried not to think that.
“There are some available at this nearby library," she added.
Well, I thought, it’s not too far away. So off we went over there and guess what happened? Well, it had been completely renovated and modernized from our previous visit.
This new library was beautiful. It was spacious, there were plenty of books and digital resources, and there was a wonderful energy and joy to the place.
I am so very thankful we happened to go there today. You can bet that we will be going back there many times in the future.
You see, sometimes wonderful moments can happen in life to amaze you.
