How I’m Going To Get Fit and Buff by Climbing Steps or Stairs Every Day
You can do it too, if you know where to find some steps or stairs
Yes, it’s a new year and yet another article talking about a fitness resolution. I bet it’s someone who wants to lose ten pounds and who ate too much recently.
Here are some reasons why stairs can be a great addition to your daily routine.
- Theyre free (hopefully)
- They’re easy
- They take effort
- They move different parts of your body
Now I’m not suggesting you do stairs if you can’t do them or if it’s not right for you. This article is about people who might want to do stairs and steps and haven’t gotten around to it.
Here are some ideas of what not to do in regards to steps and stairs:
- Don’t go too fast
- Don’t go at the wrong angle
- Don’t do it while looking at your phone
- Don’t do it while texting
- Don’t rush
- Don’t get over confident
- Don’t forget to get advice from a medical professional
Taking steps or stairs every day could help you get fit. I’m going to give it a try and see what happens.
