In these modern times you probably hear a lot about side hustles and gig jobs. These a positions often have the classification of independent contractor. They are often part time or the hours vary.

If you lost your regular job, you may want to make ends meet by getting a side hustle job.

Which one is right for you? That depends on a lot of things.

If you have a car, you might consider being a timeshare driver. Often people drive for Lyft and Uber.

If you like making things, you might be able to make jewelry or crafts and sell them.

Some people love animals. You might consider being a pet sitter.

If you are handy, you might sell your services to someone. Often all it takes is a price that is right. For example, some people will gladly pay someone to fix the flat on their bicycle tire.

These are just some ideas. Find something that works for you and your family.
