Recently I was doing really well at keeping my body weight in check and lower than normal.
Every day was a small victory. I was eating better food and avoiding the high calories. I was so proud of myself.
Number one champion! I conquered those extra pounds and kicked them to the curb.
Do you know what happened? You guessed it. They came back in a hurry.
SITTING IS THE WORST
So you know what I learned in the past month?
I learned that sitting is the enemy of being fit and trim.
Enemy?
Yes, that’s right.
We went on a little vacation and guess what happened.

- Sit on the train
- Sit in the hotel
- Sit on the bus
- Sit in the restaurant
- Sit while eating too much
