Gardening can be a wonderful time of the year. There are so many things to do and projects to complete.

Here are some ideas:

• Plant flowers
• Trim trees and shrubs
• Pull out weeds and debris
• Consider vegetables
• Find space for flower pots

Composting is another big project to think about. Do you have a space for that and will it work for you?

Water conservation is also something to consider. Where does the excess rain water go and will it help your plants and trees?

There are so many things to consider in the planning stage and also throughout the year. Make sure to ask others if they have ideas or suggestions.

One last thing to consider is whether or not you will get a birdhouse. This is a big choice, because in bird birds can be messy but at they are lovely in a lot of ways.
