WILD WORD RIVER!
What can you do to let the words flow like the mighty Mississippi River?
Here are some ideas:
- Get excited about a topic. This is the easiest way to open up the faucet of words and sentences from your mind.
- Start and don’t stop. Sometimes it can be helpful to just keep typing and get out every idea that you have. Once you stop typing you can do the editing.
- Write on paper. Sometimes using pen and paper can pull out topics that a screen may not. Grab a pen and write out as many words as possible. Soon you will see a wide range of possible future stories that you can write.
A waterfall is a beautiful sight. Make sure you do whatever you can to create a fantastic waterfall of words that flow into a river of sentences, paragraphs and stories.
Use your passion for writing to flow like the powerful Colorado River. Like tiny boats and rafts, your words will wander into fabulous stories and memorable adventures.
