Raise Your Expectations
Set goals high for success!
Recently I read somewhere that somebody was lowering their expectations for somebody else in a big event.
What?
They issued a press release where they were trying to manage the expectations of the general public and trying to urge people not to expect too much of their person in a high profile event.
Why?
Well, you never know what can happen in life. What if the person did poorly and so many people were disappointed? What if they crumbled under pressure and people started to panic? Well, one thing to do is to try to lower expectations as much as possible.
AIM HIGH
For those of us without managers and communications officers, we have to do what is best for ourselves.
We should aim high and set high expectations for each year and every career. It’s important to find success in different ways and to not have to resort to trying to lower expectations for ourselves.
Will we always succeed? Probably not. But that shouldn’t change a thing ever.
Every single day is a new opportunity to find success, to win, to achieve and then to aim higher. We can do this!
