Sometimes I just want to stay home and not spend a single penny.

Is that wrong?

I can do it. No problem at all. In fact, I bet I would be much happier if I didn’t go anywhere, didn’t use any gas, didn’t spend any money, and didn’t buy a single thing anywhere on the planet.

Impossible, you say.

Actually, it’s pretty easy. I enjoy it. I look forward to each and every day of the year when I get to save money by going the entire 24 hours without spending any amount of money.

Conquer Spending

I am a firm believer that all of us have the power and ability to control our spending. Yes, absolutely we do.

What is the process?

Here it is:

• Pick a day this month to not spend any money. One suggestion is to pick a Sunday because it’s pretty easy to relax at home that day.
• Next, stay home all day. Okay, maybe you can walk around the neighborhood and get exercise but nothing more.
