Sometimes Birds Fly Away
It’s like a lot of things in life.

This morning I saw a beautiful bird on the lake and I tried to take a picture of it.
But it flew away.
If you look at the picture, you can see the bird close to the middle of the photograph. You can see the wings.
Maybe I should have just stopped and enjoyed the moment.
I remember that I moved slowly so as not to disturb it.
But sometimes, a lot of times actually, looking at something has an effect. Some animals don’t like being looked at for too long.
It’s like a lot of other things in life. You can’t dwell on things too long or you’ll get stuck in the mud, as they say.
You need to keep moving, keep striving, keep working hard. Don’t dwell on past mistakes. Learn from them and keep moving on.
Life can be hard, so we have to be strong. Know when to enjoy the moment. Know when to learn from the past. And know when to keep on truckin’, as they say.
