Thankful For Writing Time

It’s almost the end of November in the USA and that means it’s time to celebrate the holiday of Thanksgiving.
While there is a major focus on great food and visiting with family, the real intent of the day is to remember to have gratitude and thanks for your life and the people around you.
While I will definitely be feasting and enjoying the company of my relatives, I will also be sending out prayers and thanks to my fellow writers on Medium and elsewhere.
The other day I happened to log into an online social network. That’s not something that I do on a regular basis. Anyway, I happened to see updates from two writers that I knew from a magazine job I had about thirty years ago.
You know what? I was so excited to see their names and that instantly took me back to the time we all worked together in Los Angeles, California.
I love writing and creating content, either through print publications or via online blogs or websites. And I definitely enjoy the company of other writers and getting to know them.
