There are new job listings, but not the good ones
Many businesses are struggling or simply failing
The list of stories about the state of the economy can seem infinite. After all, that’s what news and media publications are supposed to do. They research the economy and report on it.
But what is the average American experiencing? What is the word on the street?
Well, I can speak to my own personal experience.
I have a brother who is unemployed. He got released from his factory position a few months ago. He is hopeful, of course, and is working to get his trucking license.
I have a few cousins who work at an automotive manufacturing facility. I read a news article recently about big layoffs there this month and of course I worry for them. Hopefully, they will be and to keep their positions.
