The Gym Is Calling You
Answer the call for fitness this year
It’s time to get moving!
You’ve had your nice long vacation break. You got to relax on the sofa after a big hearty meal. And maybe you sat too long by the fire during cold nights.
Now is the time to start moving again. Your body needs to get out and about. And a little exercise can do some good
Go to the gym. If you don’t have a membership, ask for a free trial. You might really like it there.
You can also go to the fitness center at your hotel or resort. That’s a fabulous perk to paying money while on vacation.
Look around inside your hotel’s fitness center. It’s marvelous. The equipment is often very expensive and probably brand new. It’s worth one hour (or two) of your vacation time.
You don’t have to go crazy with exercise. In fact, most medical professionals will advise you to start slowly.
I’m going to dedicate myself to do more exercise and spend more time in a gym or fitness center. It doesn’t have to be a lot, but every minute will have a positive effect. Every second counts in the world of fitness and exercise.
