Things Will Get Better!

This was a difficult week for me.
Seriously.
Granted, relatively speaking it wasn’t so terrible that it’s even worth describing what happened. But it was just a tough sequence of days full of annoyances, inconveniences and disappointments.
But then Friday arrived and something good happened. Thankfully!

Things will get better. I do believe that to be true. So if you’re struggling in life right now, I want you to remember something. Good luck happens to everybody at some point and that includes you.
The other day I heard somebody say, “Everybody should just go and buy a house if that is what they want.”
I didn’t know how to respond to that. The guy who said this is still relatively young and maybe he hasn’t faced as many obstacles in life as others, or maybe he has been fortunate.
“I’ve seen my share of struggles," I said. “And I know I’ve learned to be grateful for the good times."
