This Year I’m Going to Get Sexy
Yes, I know, everybody says the same thing every single time we start a new year. But this time it’s for real.

I want to look sexy. Maybe you do too. I don’t mean super sexy like a model where you deprive yourself of everything but water and celery sticks.
Okay. Let me be specific. I want to look sexier and more fit. Of course I do!
Getting sexy has great benefits:
- You’re eating healthier
- You’re drinking more water
- You’re feeling better
- You’re getting more exercise
- You’re probably feeling better
These are fabulous things and I really want to get sexier and more fit.
How do I do it?
- Cut out the sweets
- Lay off the carbs
- Eat more vegetables
- Drink more water
- Exercise more
- Walk more
- Swim more
- Go jogging
- Go to the gym
- Get off your butt
- Stand more
- Watch fewer videos
- Get out of the house
These are just a few of the things I’m going to start doing this year to get sexier and more fit.
I might also:
- Iron my clothes
- Get new clothes
- Get nicer clothes
- Smile more
- Be friendly more
- Get a haircut
Getting fit and sexy has to become an all-consuming new lifestyle. You have to want it with a passion.
Do you want it too? Well, get out there and find a friend or family member who will support you.
I know I could use some support. Let’s all work together to really get fit and then hopefully that will translate into looking and feeling sexier than before.
