Use Your Strengths!
Achieve success by utilizing your very best skills on a regular basis in life
“What are your biggest strengths?”
That’s a question I’ve been asked at a lot at job interviews and it is asked for a good reason.
Many applicants or interviewees will give answers that they think interviewers want to hear. Those answers may not be the truth for them, so it’s up to those in the interview room to ascertain the truth.
But why is the question asked at all, especially if the answers may not be reality?
The reason is that, in my opinion, it’s important to know your strengths and your weaknesses. Success matters in life and it’s a good idea to be able to use your skills in a way that you can succeed.
YOUR WRITER STRENGTHS
As a writer, it is a very big deal if you can figure out your strengths and skills.
- What motivates you as a writer?
- What can you do to be successful as a content creator?
For example, some writers have decided on a niche or specific topic that they love and that helps them quite a bit. They can define and describe what they write about and they can tailor their ideas to that specific genre. That’s very helpful.
