When things don’t go my way, I think back to what I did and how things could have gone differently.
But before I move onward, I stop and say something to myself in the mirror.
It could be a phrase such as:
- Good things are going to happen
- Opportunities will arrive
- You deserve prosperity
- Work hard and reap the rewards
I believe that your body believes what you say or how you think. Saying positive things can really affect your future and what happens in your life.
Avoid negative thoughts and never say words out loud that are against yourself and the person that you are. There is no need to talk bad about yourself.
Stay positive and strong about the person that you are and believe in your future self. Lift yourself up with good thoughts and powerful statements.
