You survived the work week.

Somehow, miraculously you worked your five straight days and now finally it is the weekend.

Time to take a break, right?

Hardly! It’s time to focus on your true love which is writing and creating beautiful content.

But what if you have run out of ideas and are just staring at a blank page?

Calm down.

Take a breath.

Everything will be just fine!

It’s easy to run out of ideas as a writer. After all, there are only so many words in your language and you feel that you have used them all too many times already.

Here are some topics you can write about:

  • Keep dreaming. Did you ever give up on a dream of yours? I have, for sure. Maybe it’s time to resurrect those dreams and get back on the saddle.
  • Freezing cold. Is winter biting you on the fingertips? If so, share some suggestions about how you keep warm at night. After all, there is more than one way to escape the cold.
  • Easy cooking. Do you have any ways to make healthy affordable meals in a short time? That is jackpot knowledge if you are willing to share. Seriously, I need more tips in this department.
  • Friendly flirting. Can you tell what a wink really means? Social signals and body language is the key to communication and any help you have is going to be appreciated. After all, a little eye contact is sometimes all that is needed for a trip to the altar.
  • Favorite books. Do you have novels that you love passionately? Are the bookshelves overwhelmed in your house? If so, you can always write about a book that inspires you or connects with you deeply. If the writer of the book is somebody you know, even better.

Weekends are meant to be fun and relaxing. So don’t you dare make your writing another chore or task that needs to get finished.

You are your writing. Your content shows a lot of your personality. Put yourself out there and display your written creations.

This weekend is your time. Make the best of it by writing something fun and then connecting with your favorite writers, editors and authors.
