When Serpents And Snakes Enter Your Life And Home
You need to do something about them
Today I discovered a snake in my neighborhood. It was a literal snake, as the photo above indicates.
Granted, I made sure that I didn’t get too close to it because I wasn’t sure if it was alive or dead. It’s better to be safe than sorry.
This is the very first time that I’ve seen a snake in my neighborhood so it was quite a surprise. I looked up this variety and it appears to be a gopher snake.
“Eat it," replied somebody whom I had told about it.
I’m not sure if he was joking so I didn’t continue the conversation. Not in a million years would I consume a wild animal. Frankly, I don’t like eating any kind of meat, though it happens occasionally.
Snake/Serpent Stages
I don’t mean to equate snakes with serpents, but I sort of need to do it for the sake of this story.
For me, I never knew that there were snakes near my home or in my neighborhood. I’ve never seen them so I just assumed that they didn’t live around here.
