Write More About Yourself And Share Your Personal Journey
People are interested in your life lessons, both good and bad
Writers live in a challenging world, one where you are never far away from your next writing assignment. Sometimes you just don’t know what your next topic is going to be.
If you want to write but don’t have anything to start with, it can be a long wait until something comes to mind. Don’t worry because there are always things to write about.
Believe it or not, there are many stories in your life that you can write about. You don’t have to share all of them personal details, of course, if you don’t want to do so. You can find a stopping point in the writing about a lesson from your life and decide which items to disclose and which to keep hidden in your soul.
I know all about my own life, of course, so I can recall many times when certain events happened and if they can or cannot be summarized in a story or piece of writing. How about you?
Here are some ideas for you. If you need something to write about, consider one of these topics.
- A lesson learned in your life
- A relationship challenge
- Tips on how you view the beauty of another gender
- Ideas on how you are efficient
- Suggestions for keeping fit
Your gender has countless tips that the other gender may value. For example, as a man I would like to know how women perceive attractiveness in a male. I would like to know if muscles matter, or conversational skills, or the ability to respond sincerely, either verbally or in writing.
Your life has likely had all kinds of adventures and interesting moments that others would like to read about. I’ve made a few mistakes, I admit, though maybe one could clarify or classify them as life lessons. I should have done things differently so many times and maybe things would have turned out better.
So the next time you want to write and don’t have a topic, think back on a time in your life that you would like to share. If you can find something about personal relationships in your life, I can bet that will be a topic others will want to read. Now go forth and write.
