With inflation running wild and costs skyrocketing, you may be wondering if there is anything you can do to save money.
After all, if your income is constant, it’s going to be hard to save cash if the expenses you have keep going higher and higher.
Recently we went on a family vacation and you can bet that the charges for flights, hotels, food and activities kept adding up in a hurry. It was insane, really, and reminded me of a few things about budgeting that I need to remember.

Keeping Vacation Costs Down
How can you save money on a big family trip? Well, here are a few suggestions:
Use a budget airline and purchase tickets months in advance
Fly at inconvenient days and times as those are usually cheaper
Bring small bags and don’t check in any luggage at all
Consider taking public transit to and from the airports
