I love the fact that there are so many different writers and content creators on Medium. Each of them are showing up every day and doing their own thing.
That’s success to me.
Recently I’ve been thinking about how life can be a challenge and that maybe I should have followed the advice of others.
“Go to pharmacy school," said one person to me many times, and that’s certainly a fine profession to have.
“Get a law degree and make big money,” said another, and that’s good too.
But for me, I just like being around writers and those who create stories, poems, articles, news, and many other types of content. That is what I want in life.

Just like when it comes to choosing a good investment, sometimes you have to write from your heart and soul. Pick topics and ideas that you really care about and pursue them endlessly as you write stories on Medium and elsewhere.
