Find a private space that you can call your own. It may be a special room or other part of the house or garden.

Let others know about how this escape zone is for you and only you. Then find a way to decorate this space to add your personality to this zone.

The hardest part is to encourage yourself to go to this special place that you created for yourself and then to actually go there in a regular basis. It is very important that you do so.

Remember to leave your worries and tasks far behind and off your mind. This is your space to relax and get away from it all. Do not go to your quiet zone and spend time planning things, worrying, doing accounting, fighting, stressing, or plotting revenge.
